A friendly reminder entries for the International Proverse Prize and International Proverse Poetry Prize (Single Poems) open 7 May until 30 June 2026. Late entries are accepted until 11 July 2026 for an additional fee. Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions for both prizes below.
The semi-finalists of the Proverse Prize 2026 and winners of the Proverse Poetry Prize 2026 will be announced at our Autumn Reception Nov 2026 at the Helena May.
The Finalists of the Proverse Prize 2026 and Mingled Voices 11, an anthology of poems that won places in the Proverse Poetry Prize 2026, will be launched at our Spring Reception 2027.
Meanwhile, we still have a few places left at our Spring Reception 2026, which will be held at the Helena May 28 April. We will be announcing the finalists of the Proverse Prize 2025 and launching Mingled Voices 10 at the event. As always, there will be inspiring talks, readings by poets, a delicious spread of canapés and the wonderful hospitality of the Helena May.
